Publisher Requirements:
- Valid phone number for OTP verification
- Accurate organization and contact information
- Legitimate job postings with accurate details
- Responsibility for job content accuracy
Prohibited Activities:
- Posting fake or misleading job listings
- Requesting payment from job seekers
- Sharing contact information for spam purposes
- Posting discriminatory job requirements
- Posting jobs involving illegal activities
Data Handling:
Publisher contact information is encrypted with AES-256 encryption. By becoming a publisher, you consent to your contact information being shown to interested job seekers.
Content Policy
All job postings must comply with our content policy:
- Accurate Information: Job titles, descriptions, and requirements must be truthful
- Legal Jobs Only: Jobs involving illegal activities are prohibited
- No Discrimination: Postings must not discriminate based on caste, religion, gender, etc.
- No Fees: Jobs requiring payment from applicants are prohibited
- Valid Duration: Jobs must have a valid application deadline
