- Organization Name: Displayed on job listings
- Contact Information: Encrypted and only shown to interested job seekers
Zero Knowledge Architecture
JobDeva implements a Zero Knowledge security model for sensitive publisher information:
- AES-256 Encryption: All publisher contact details are encrypted before storage
- Secure Key Management: Encryption keys are never exposed to the frontend
- Decryption on Demand: Contact details are only decrypted when legitimately requested
- No Password Storage: Publishers authenticate via OTP, not passwords
